Discharge from NICU 12-28-2011

Lucas was discharged to our surprise late in the evening on December 28, 2011. His lungs were clear, he had no infection, the cardiologist cleared him and his blood sugars returned to normal. He was down to 8lbs 4 ounces. I was so excited but terrified at the same time. I BEGGED the NICU nurse to come home with us!
