Our Baby is a.......................................

BOY BOY BOY BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say, we luckily do not have to sell our child since it is NOT a girl! I am in big trouble with 2 "Ryan type" boys in my home.....we are so excited, but most importantly he is healthy. I had a bit of a longer scan yesterday in which the tech did NOT plan on looking for gender. A little smooth talking on my part, extreme kindness and some flattering comments got her to look for a good 20 minutes. He was NOT cooperating AT ALL. He was curled in a ball, quite hard to imagine a human can curl that tight.....and he would NOT open his legs. He was SO calm and barely moving that I got worried and asked if the baby was ok or just sleeping. She said he wasn't sleeping, that he was just "chilling out." She prodded my belly to get him to move and still, NADA.....a few more belly pushes and he moved JUST enough to get a peak at the goods! I kept looking for those tell-tale "3 lines" and thought I saw them but I had NO idea his ass from his elbow without her telling me. Well she said, "I know what it is...and she showed me the testicles, and the wee wee! We had a turtle, CLEAR as DAY! His heartbeat was steadily 151 and he measured a little ahead at 16 weeks 4 days with a due date of Dec 18th, but she will keep the due date at Dec 22, which in my opinion is TOO late to make sense :) The first photo is after he cooperated and had lifted his head a bit but before his head was completely in his chest. The 2nd "skeleton view" although creepy, is pretty cool! He had his head, belly, bones, etc. measured and she also checked for his vital organs. I got to see the umbilical cord and placenta...which BTW was HUGE!
